Hope was apprenticed to a great wizard of Glantri. Lacking both noble lineage and exceptional ability, she received little attention from her master. Unsatisfied with her station and possibility of advancement, she has decided to travel so as to find a master more appreciative of her talents. She soon found a Darokite merchant caravan and signed on as a mage-for-hire. As a mere Medium, her “wages” barely cover her food, but she is hopeful of attracting the attention of a new master in every city she visits. She has been traveling with the caravan through Darokin, with the latest stop being Selenica.
